Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Proof of purchase is required. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on the product. Please note that used or custom products are considered final sale. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, email us at sales@spotlightsanctum.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll promptly arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
