After forging a single rod of American 52100 Carbon Steel, STEELPORT's proprietary differential heat treatment process produces an outstanding 65 HRC at the blade edge making this one of the hardest blades in production for superior edge retention, along with a soft 30 HRC spine ensuring durability.
Each gorgeous Oregon Big Leaf Maple Burl wood handle is resin-stabilized and hand-shaped for exceptional comfort and unmatched performance in tough kitchen environments.
A final coffee patina (yes, the blade is literally submerged in hot coffee) reacts with the steel to provide an initial layer of protection on the blade, and creates a beautiful dark dual-tone color that is uniquely STEELPORT.

Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Proof of purchase is required. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on the product.
